Slow Life

By Gizzly Bears (featuring Victoria Legend - at least on my version..) Yes, a soundtrack song. From 'New Moon'. I think it fits today kind of nicely. Slow, mellow, etc. Because, when I look out the window, it is gray, snowy, windy, rainy, disgusty.. Blah.


This is all I have to offer photo-wise for today. Nothing super great. Pretty basic actually.. I will try to do something more fun next time. The weather has been le suck, so I haven't been too amped up about anything lately. But, I do plan to have awesome nails for awhile after this.. I am working a bunch of shifts up front, so I want to have snazzy nails. That is the plan.. Now let's see if I can execute it.

I actually have to venture out into the storm today.. Although I just wanted to curl up with my book (The Girl Who Played With Fire), eat some Chinese food later (my sister's birthday supper choice, yum!), have some cake, and sleep. But nooo, the animals need some more sacks of food.. And I need a new headset. GRRR! When you cannot yell at incompetent gamers.. Things are not well! Anyways..

Okay, I don't see how you can say this is nothing super great. I think it looks awesome and really fun. I kind of want to try that with different colors.

Canada Day - Saran Wrap Style

I had said the other day that I would be using the Saran Wrap method again soon.. And I really did mean soon. I figure it was the perfect way to celebrate Canada Day (nail-wise) without over-doing it.. Revlon Giveaway

GIVEAWAY CLOSED! WINNERS TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON!! Yaaaay! I am really excited to do this for all of you! I really appreciate all of you following me and commenting on my posts - it is amazing! So, I figured it was time to give back a bit. Now, this isn't a monster giveaway that I want to do - that will come sometime later. I picked up 3 polishes from the new Revlon collection the other day and really wanted to grab extras to giveaway, but the store was sold out of one of the colours after I bought it, and so, that thought was quickly squashed. Countdown to Halloween 2017: Gross Nails

Hey everyone! Not sure what else to call these.. other than gross.. these are the nails I imagine some sadistic swamp-dwelling mother of mutants to have.. yeah, that. I used: China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat OPI Coca-Cola Red China Glaze Cranberry Splash KL Polish Snickerdoodle OPI Suzi - The First Lady of Nails OPI My Vampire Is Buff Orly Liquid Vinyl Sponge Dotting Tool Fake Nails These were rather fun to make.. but dangerous!
