Day 27: The Hungry Asian Cookies (and) Cream

Hey everyone!

I decided that for today and tomorrow (my last day - eeek!) that I would choose two polish that mean something to me.

Today I am going to be sharing Cookies & Cream made by the awesome Kae aka The Hungry Asian.

When I first started blogging, I immediately started following her. She is the reason behind many of my polish purchases.. heh.

She started "frakening" polish awhile back.. and I had a HUGE lemming for Cookies & Cream - but, at the time, she wasn't shipping to Canada. Then, when she started to ship to Canada, I would always miss the restock times.. Then I just sort of.. forgot about it.

Then, a little while back, while stumbling through all the amazing gems on etsy.. I saw a photo.. I didn't need to see the seller or the name.. I knew.

It was ordered almost immediately.

And it has sat.. until now.

It still makes me heart smile. And now that it is mine? Constant smiling heart!

I decided to not use undies on this. It is nice and sheet - yet buildable! I feel like I want to do something with some larger black glitter layered in there at some point. But.. so nice!

I don't see it up on her shop right meow - but I'm sure it will be back. She has some other amazing polish as well - check out her shop HERE.

Canada Day - Saran Wrap Style

I had said the other day that I would be using the Saran Wrap method again soon.. And I really did mean soon. I figure it was the perfect way to celebrate Canada Day (nail-wise) without over-doing it.. I mean, I'm fairly patriotic as a rule, but sometimes sporting a Maple Leaf on my fingers isn't exactly my style.. ANYways.. See? The love is there with the red and white.. I know I said the next time I did the saran wrap method, I was going to try with three colours.. But, I think I will maybe leave that experiment for tomorrow - today is only about these two colours! So.. How I get to this? Well, allow me to show you. Start off with the colours of your choice - one as the base, and one as your.. distress-er? And some saran/cling wrap. I take two pieces and ball them up.. You could use more or less.. But I figure two hands, two, er, balls. Yikes. Revlon Giveaway

Countdown to Halloween 2017: Gross Nails

Hey everyone! Not sure what else to call these.. other than gross.. these are the nails I imagine some sadistic swamp-dwelling mother of mutants to have.. yeah, that. I used: China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat OPI Coca-Cola Red China Glaze Cranberry Splash KL Polish Snickerdoodle OPI Suzi - The First Lady of Nails OPI My Vampire Is Buff Orly Liquid Vinyl Sponge Dotting Tool Fake Nails These were rather fun to make.. but dangerous!
