Ascension & Au Champagne

Hello everyone!!

Today I bring you a quick post featuring two absolutely lovely polish: Ninja Polish Ascension & Orly Au Champagne.

This is 2 coats of Au Champagne followed by a single coat of Ascension. This pair is just gorgeous. It is innocent and fun and clean looking. What isn't to like?

I think my polish choices were swayed by the fact that my friend is now engaged and has asked me to be her MOH. I was looking through my "I need to use" polish and saw Ascension. All I could think of was white. Makes sense, right?

It actually works really well for winter.. What do you gems think about it? Do any of you own Ascension - I'd love to see some other colour combos from any of you out there.

Canada Day - Saran Wrap Style

I had said the other day that I would be using the Saran Wrap method again soon.. And I really did mean soon. I figure it was the perfect way to celebrate Canada Day (nail-wise) without over-doing it.. I mean, I'm fairly patriotic as a rule, but sometimes sporting a Maple Leaf on my fingers isn't exactly my style.. ANYways.. See? The love is there with the red and white.. So.. How I get to this? Well, allow me to show you. Start off with the colours of your choice - one as the base, and one as your.. distress-er? And some saran/cling wrap. I take two pieces and ball them up.. You could use more or less.. But I figure two hands, two, er, balls. Yikes. Countdown to Halloween 2017: Gross Nails

Hey everyone! Not sure what else to call these.. other than gross.. these are the nails I imagine some sadistic swamp-dwelling mother of mutants to have.. yeah, that. I used: China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat OPI Coca-Cola Red China Glaze Cranberry Splash KL Polish Snickerdoodle OPI Suzi - The First Lady of Nails OPI My Vampire Is Buff Orly Liquid Vinyl Sponge Dotting Tool Fake Nails These were rather fun to make.. but dangerous!
