Nail Party

Hello everyone..

Something a little different again.. mostly because I don't have anything new from me to share with you all.

Last Friday, my sister and I had some of our pals over.. and my sister and one of our pals had asked me to "do something" on their nails.. so then I told the other gals that were coming over that I would offer up my nail painting services to them as well.

I got permission from all of them to use the photos on the old blog, so, I'm now going to share the activity with all of you! Yay!

 YEAH DIANA's nails
 Ky's (aka my sister's) nails
 Sky's nails
 Vicky's nails

I don't know all of the polish that I used off of the top of my head.. but.. if anyone really, really, really wants to know, I can figure it out for vous!

I am hoping to get back in to the swing of things for next week. I feel kind of lost with my nails right now aka I don't like that they are naked, but I also don't know what to do with them.

Help?!

Canada Day - Saran Wrap Style

I had said the other day that I would be using the Saran Wrap method again soon.. And I really did mean soon. I figure it was the perfect way to celebrate Canada Day (nail-wise) without over-doing it.. I mean, I'm fairly patriotic as a rule, but sometimes sporting a Maple Leaf on my fingers isn't exactly my style.. ANYways.. See? The love is there with the red and white.. I know I said the next time I did the saran wrap method, I was going to try with three colours.. But, I think I will maybe leave that experiment for tomorrow - today is only about these two colours! So.. How I get to this? Well, allow me to show you. Start off with the colours of your choice - one as the base, and one as your.. distress-er? And some saran/cling wrap. I take two pieces and ball them up.. You could use more or less.. But I figure two hands, two, er, balls. Yikes. After your base has COMPLETELY DRIED (you can do these a couple of hours in advance, the night before, or even use some

Revlon Giveaway

GIVEAWAY CLOSED! WINNERS TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON!! Yaaaay! I am really excited to do this for all of you! I really appreciate all of you following me and commenting on my posts - it is amazing! So, I figured it was time to give back a bit. Now, this isn't a monster giveaway that I want to do - that will come sometime later. I have it all planned in my mind - BUT - until then, you'll have to put up with this! I picked up 3 polishes from the new Revlon collection the other day and really wanted to grab extras to giveaway, but the store was sold out of one of the colours after I bought it, and so, that thought was quickly squashed. Then, this evening, I ran in to another shop quickly - and they had a whole wealth of them - bingo! Giveaway time! The colours are: Starry Pink, Blue Mosaic & Facets of Fuchsia Supposedly FoF is a DL Bad Romance dupe. Sadly, I do not own that polish (I really, really wish I did) - but this polish is stunning - in fact, they all are! Thi
