Countdown To Halloween: 3 Days

Hey everyone!

Yesterday was a go at a photo my sister sent me, and today, and tomorrow, will also be an ode to the photos she sent me.

The mani for today is featuring mummies! Awe yeah! I have seen many, many looks for mummy nails throughout the years, but I am fairly positive I have never tried them out.. which is why it was about time to do so!

I have seen some pretty neat concepts, even water marbling the base, etc, but I went with a simple nude base, some white connected lines.. and fun eyes. This is one of those manis where once you have the base down, just have fun - do whatever you like - you honestly will not mess it up.

I coped some of the eye-age of the photo my sister sent me, and then did a few on my own - I liked the eyes from the photo she sent me because they reminded me of glasses, and as someone that is a glasses wearer, well, I had to!

Canada Day - Saran Wrap Style

I had said the other day that I would be using the Saran Wrap method again soon.. And I really did mean soon. I figure it was the perfect way to celebrate Canada Day (nail-wise) without over-doing it.. I take two pieces and ball them up.. You could use more or less.. But I figure two hands, two, er, balls. Yikes. Hey everyone! Not sure what else to call these.. other than gross.. these are the nails I imagine some sadistic swamp-dwelling mother of mutants to have.. yeah, that.
