I would say a week or two ago, a gal had posted in the nail polish group on facebook about an opal and transitioning that look to nail art. I was like 'oooohhhh.. pretty!' and decided to give it a go.
This is what I came up with..
I apologize for the weird colouring in some of the photos.. I was trying to get Shine of the Times to cooperate, but that did not happen - clearly.
I used:
My method for this was to do a saran wrap approach and toss a flakey topper on it. I loved how these looked when they caught the light - but not when I wanted to capture photos. It looked rad.

- China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat
- Formula X for Sephora Brazen
- China Glaze Sweet Hook
- Barry M Blueberry
- Formula X for Sephora Unmistakable
- Essie Shine of the Times
- Saran Wrap
- Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat
