Mattified Splatter

Hey everyone! Ok. I am beyond obsessed with these nails. And I think part of it is my nail shape.. the other is the colours used.. and the technique.. and the chrome.. ugh. I could go on for a bit longer. O B S E S S E D. I had a photo of nails done by Spektorsnails in my inspiration folder for so long.. and I hummed and hawed about doing them for so long.. and finally was like.. doooo ittttt! Do you see what I am talking about!? I swear every time I look at these, I have to hide some deep guttural groan that I constantly want to emit. The obsession is real! I used: China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat Color Club Twiggie Color Club Label-less Dark Green Sponge Essie Matte About You Essie No Place Like Chrome Straw The matte effect and the chrome overlay.. ok.. I am done talking about these. So obsessed. Thanks for scoping the blog - see you all again soon!

Pastel Chevnrons + Rose Gold Glitter

Hey everyone! Yaaaah.. I had zero inspiration for an excellent title.. so you get to know exactly what you are getting in to this time. I recently acquired some nail vinyls from Make It Stick .. and had to do nails originally done by Lifeisbetterpolished - it was a screenshot my sister sent me, and I was obsessed with them! When I was sporting these, everyone said they were my Easter nails.. and it is right about that time now.. so that works by me! I used: China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat Lime Crime Parfait Day Lime Crime Lavendairy OPI Rose of Light Formula X for Sephora Thrilling China Glaze White on White Nail Vinyls Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat That is all for today - see you all again soon! Happy Easter.. and.. happy birthday to me tomorrow! I have some pretty rad nails planned - so if I remember, you will get a bonus post for tomorrow as well! Woo!

Dry Marble Technique

Hey everyone! Yes.. Dry marble technique.. well.. technically I am water marbling, but allowing the polish to "dry" on the water.. then using it as a nail decal. Does that sound confusing? It might. But. I think this will be my next video. It is actually a lot of fun to do. And while I think this first attempt is grand, it could be better. I used: China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat Sally Hansen Bubblegum Pink Sally Hansen  Babe Blue Sally Hansen Mellow Yellow Water Dotting Tool Bowl Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat I will probably film a video for this within the next week - so I will post up that gem soon. Or, there are probably a wealth online for you to look up in the mean time. Super fun technique without all the hassle of legit water marbling. See you all again soon!
