Hey everyone!
A couple weeks back, I bought the book 'In A Dark Dark Wood'.. I decided to start it some time after 9pm.. and stay up until just after 1am to finish it.. and I had to be up at 5am-ish to get ready for work. Genius, I am not.
This book was fairly captivating to me (obviously) - was it a literary masterpiece? No. Was it completely predictable? Yes. But, I had this need to finish it. There was no stopping. And that makes it a good book. And worthy of having the cover art inspire some nail art.
At first I hated these. My lines weren't crisp and clean like the cover art. Then I reminded myself that this was an inspiration thing - not an exact replica. That, and it is the thought that counts.. right?!
