The 31 Day Nail Art Challenge 2014

Hey everyone! I know I have been a smidge absent lately, but I am gearing up for some intense postage, yes, that is correct - I am going to give another go at The 31 Day Nail Art Challenge. I have tried a few times over the past year, and if my memory serves me correctly.. I don't think I have ever successfully completed it. 2014 is my year! At least that is the mind set I am going with. I am quite looking forward to it this time.. also.. I am trying to be super organized as September is going to be a very busy month -- increase in work hours, a couple weddings (a few? there is 3.. 2 on the same day) and I am sure some party activities in there as well. Phew. It will all be worth it! And, like I said, I am trying to be organized - I have been doing some drawings to give me ideas for the actual days. Yay! Who Doesn't Love Splatter Nails?

Seriously.. I want names! Hey everyone! Today I bring to you one of my favourite methods of nail-art-doage... yeah: splatter! I love splatter nails because there is no right or wrong way to do them.. they are messy/gorgeous fun, and they are all a bit different, but perfectly in sync all at the same time. Now I want to listen to *NSYNC. Anyways.. I used: Sally Hansen Pacific Blue China Glaze The Grass Is Lime Greener Orly Neon Heat Essie No Place Like Chrome and a straw I really like these gems. And splatter is just so much fun.. can be a touch messy, but always fun! Have a great day, and I shall see you all again real soon!

Duri Rejuvacote Review

Hey everyone! This post has been a long time coming, so, better now then, well, later! Anyways.  In mid June, my nails were in crisis mode. How they got to that state, I have no idea, I had not really changed anything with, well, anything. Yet my nails were straight from some demonic possession movie. They were splitting, chipping, infected, angry. Basically they were disgusting.  Late June, I was mentioning it to my coworkers.. and low and behold, not even 2 hours later, I had an e-mail from a rep at Nail Polish Canada asking me if I wanted to review Duri Rejuvacote, and I quote: " Duri Rejuvacote is an award-winning nail growth treatment that's known to heal split, cracked, damaged nails within a few weeks. It helps you get naturally strong, healthy nails and can be applied as a base coat or top coat." It was almost as if I had some sort of wire on.. these were the exact problems I had just been complaining about. Of course I immediately fired an e-mail back
