Saran Wrap Leopard

Or cheetah.. I never really know what to call the print.. Anyways - hello everyone!! On Friday night I was feeling pretty good - I figured I would do some water marbling using my AMAZING Lime Crime polish.. As the last time I used them all, I forgot to take photos before it was all wrecked and disturbing. SO! Water marbling and I are not good friends, and we are going to remain that way for at least another week or three (until I try again). My right hand (the hand I started with) looked AWESOME! I have never had something that actually resembles the marble action, and it finally did. Things were looking up. Started working on my left hand.. Disaster city. It looked like someone had mixed all the polish together and maybe just vomited on my nails. Upsetting. Then I decided to paint my nails all different colours and do the saran wrap technique.. Though I didn't let the base dry enough - so I had bald patches.. Ugh. Ahh yes, easily covered up with some leopard/cheetah activity

Humblebee

Hey everyone! First and foremost - sorry for the slight disappearing act! This whole month has kind of been a bit of a blur. I feel like I have barely had time to even sit back and scope out any blogs on my blogroll - let alone blog! Insanity! I started working a new shift (well.. it isn't new, nor necessarily new to me.. but "new" as my "shift".. yeah..) - but it is going to be a good thing! I will probably have to paint my nails every other day due to tip wear.. So that means you'll be seeing more posts of just polish, and a lot of times with different little top coats/glitter/shimmer. I will save "nail art" for the weekend.. I can probably promise at least 2 posts a week starting soon. Plus I have a little challenge starting up with a fellow amazing blogger next month - stay tuned for that!! Phew, ok, now on to a quick snapshot of Humblebee. It is originally done by Nail-Venturous, and now Ninja Polish is producing it with her permission.

Mix and Match and Studded

Hey everyone! I seriously think I need to show my BFF my nails before I do posts. A lot of time she will give me rad names for my posts. Must remember to do this from now on. I think I should have warned my intro with a "side note" - sorry, next time! I am going to say that I am in love with these nails before I show you my photo. I honestly cannot stop staring at them.. They are a mix of different activities and they are honestly just delightful. I based the design 96% from this photo and the other 4% from this photo . The reason being is that the first photo design just felt like it needed something extra, but I liked the colours better.. But I wanted the studs from the second photo.. Ohhh perfect, mash them together-ish. We have Butter London Cheeky Chops on my thumb and middle fingers, Orly Liquid Vinyl on all the others, we have OPI Metallic 4 Life layered on to my ring finger (I totally wrote 'ringer' first.. I think I like that combo-word.. moving on.

Girly Bits Slapdash Collection

Oh hey there - today I am going to share with you all my swatches from the Slapdash collection releases by Girly Bits. I was introduced to this collection, and to the line itself, by my awesome pal Silver - I think we both knew that I needed to have the polish 'Banana Hammock' in my life asap - but that is besides the point! Unfortunately when I put my order in, Cu Blue was out of stock - Pam had contacted me and gave me a few options on what I could do about the out of stock lovely.. I told her to just grab another polish and toss it in with the rest.. Side note: I love these polish and will have to complete the collection at some point in time. As I mentioned, Cu Blue was out of stock, so in its place I received Sailors Delight - and I'm actually pretty happy about it - I feel that gem fits right in with the rest of these bad boys! Banana Hammock.. A great name and a great polish! I freaking LOVE yellow nail polish.. Though sometimes I feel my skin tone looks a
